A fun and creative place for kids to learn and play
There is always something fun planned in the day at KidActive. We work on many different activities throughout the week. Our main goal at KidActive is to create connections between the students, teachers and families that are at KidActive to make for one big School Family. Through connections and child led learning we create confidence in the children that come here and how to be more self sufficient self confident students when they go to public school.

KidActive cultivates a fun caring environment rich in learning experiences. With Sonya and her assistants Sadie and Jules they work to make your children have a sense of ownership and community. Working first on social connections to help create confidence in their environment then moving to learning experiences that are developmentally accurate for your child.
Breakfast, Social and then Fun Times Learning
When your kiddo arrives at KidActive the first thing that happens is a good breakfast and social time with their friends as we wait for all of our friends to arrive. We talk about what our plans are and find out what the kids want to learn as well.
When all of us are ready we will go out to the classroom and play areas for some learning and play. Your kiddo will be kept busy and have a great time with their friends throughout the day.
Meet Miss Sonya
Miss Sonya is the owner and head teacher of KidActive. Her background is extensive in early learning including having a Bachelors in Elementary Education. Miss Sonya loves working with children and enjoys every moment from creating curriculum to playing in the kitchen with her students. Miss Sonya is responsible for creating and implementing all curriculum and educational activities which get students ready for Kindergarten.
Meet Miss sadie
Miss Sadie is our toddler/early pre-k teacher. She is a fun creative young teacher with a lot of empathy and kindness. Sadie is loved by the students at KidActive for her playful games and art projects. Sadie will often be the face parents will see when picking up their children since she usually finishes the day with the kiddos.
Quiet places to relax
There is a lot of activity at KidActive, we want children to have experiences they will remember. When a child needs some quiet time there is time for that too. A good book or a cuddle is always available.
